Experienced Chef in SOUTH MELBOURNE, Victoria

Hercules Morse Kitchen + Bar is an intimate venue offering top quality food, drinks & service that is fast becoming the preferred local for South Melbourne residents & visitors alike.
We are seeking an experienced chef to join our creative & passionate team of hospitality professionals in a full time sous chef role working approximately 50 hours p/w from Tuesday to Saturday.
Your creativity in the kitchen & enthusiasm for great food will be highly regarded as will your ability to work collaboratively & strive for continuous improvement.
You will be involved in a range of responsibilities from prep to customer-facing kitchen duties in our open kitchen. Creative input towards new menu items & an interest in working with different cooking techniques & seasonal produce is imperative.
Experience in a similar role or looking for the next step up in your career will be highly valued.
If you have a consistent employment history, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work harmoniously within a small team this could be the job for you.
