Appointment Setting & Telemarketing in SOUTH MELBOURNE, Victoria

What you will be doing
- Securing qualified appointments with executive decision-makers
- Developing and maintaining market & customer data for target sectors
- Email correspondence and calendar outlook invitations upon setting appointments to clients
- Conducting desktop research to generate a client brief prior to appointment
- Recording and maintaining all relevant details in a CRM system, including follow-up actions
- Answering inbound calls resulted from various company Advertising Campaigns.
- Answering to internal Directors and Managers (BDM's) in setting appointments on their behalf
Where is it all happening:
Located just a stone's throw from the city, you will be working in a Spacious South Melbourne office, close to a gym, the South Melbourne market, fantastic shopping, loads of eateries and a one minute walk from public transport. Plus we know where all the great cafes are with some of Melbourne's best coffee. We like to call it Media Central.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- Exceptional phone manner with the ability to talk to CEOs and Business Professionals
- Have at least 2-3 years of business development experience, and a demonstrable history of success in outbound sales or appointment setting at an executive level
- Natural ability to get through gatekeepers.
- Strong digital knowledge or experience - (SEO/SEM, PPC)
- The ability to see yourself and your product from your customer's point of view
- Conversion orientated sales approach
- A history of consistently exceeding targets.
- The desire to be part of a great team, loners need not apply.
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Had a similar role in Online Marketing Sales in the past
- A "Can do" attitude and a willingness to learn and try new things
- The ability to see challenges as opportunities
- A Bubbly personality & Well Presented.
