Reporting to the OTC Lead, as the Bill to Cash Lead, you will be the single point of contact for establishing credit policies and managing credit exceptions with regard to the OTC process. This is also responsible for customer communications related to credit refusal, security and deposit. The role will manage day to day activities of the Customer Service Specialists & Customer Finance Specialists. The debtors & trade spend results of the defined group of customers.Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):Approve credit limit unblock and authorize new customer credit limit and existing customer credit extensions.Reduce the time span for the credit approval process including the requests for modification for terms of payment.Develop internal tracking of positive and negative events to use during the credit approval process.Establish regular credit line reviews throughout the entire customer life cycle and during major economic shifts (global/domestic).Provide an initial credit approval process which meets customer expectations as being logical and straightforward.DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) results of defined group of customers.QualificationsDo you have what it takes?Tertiary education in Business/Finance5 years of experience in Accounting/Credit Management, Master Data ManagementUnderstanding of the Order to Cash cycleKnowledge of local policies and legislation in relation to credit and collectionsCustomer oriented, accountable and proactiveGood communication and analytical skillsProficient with MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is preferredPlease note: All candidates require working rights of this country to perform the role.
