Project Commercilisation Development Manager Biscuit ANZ & Japan in SOUTH MELBOURNE, Victoria for sale

Reporting to the Project Commercialisation Development Manager AMEA, the Project Commercialisation Development Manager supports the project commercialization management process in ANZ-JP for the Biscuit category.Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):People ManagementManage PCM team in JP (1 FTE in 1 location), Provide support & individual training as neededEnsure implementation of new processes and/or tools in the team, guarantee process alignment with other categories in ANZ-JP. Project ManagementLead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of projects to meet objectives of the Biscuit category. This includes ANZ Biscuit Product change projects, as well as process improvement projects needed for ANZ-JP Area. Facilitate the definition of project scopes, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional groups;Manage project workflows and timelines. Ensure that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning takes place for relevant projects, apply methods to monitor project progress and provide corrective action if necessary. Set up effective relationships with peers and higher management Process Management Leads the ANZ-JP Project Alignment Meeting (PAM), Lead local Area PMREnsure that project scopes and timing aim to minimize waste (raw, pack write-offs) and unwanted complexity (utilizing existing asset platforms, SKU proliferation) to the business system. Enable best practice sharing by ensuring all projects are properly closed out and key learnings are documented (for relevant projects) to all relevant stakeholders and systems.QualificationsDo you have what it takes?Degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, Food Science or Operations is preferredMinimum 3 years related experience, in a similar capacity in FMCG.Knowledge of project managementCommercial experience preferredGood working knowledge of MS OfficePlease note: All candidates require working rights of this country to perform the role.
